Meet Jui Fabrice, a beautiful American woman on business in Germany. Enter Wade Kairos, handsome and mysterious male with a very big secret. When she sees him at an outdoor restaurant, she is attracted to him immediately.What she doesn't know right away is that Wade is just as attracted to her. Put the two together and you have one interesting ride from Germany to the United States. Mr. Kairos has met his match when strong-willed Jui doesn't fall at his feet like other women, frankly he is irked by her dismissing his advances. Jui is determined not to become one of his female entourage so she tries to get him out of her mind by visiting a charming vineyard in the German countryside. Instead of getting Wade Kairos out of her mind, he mysteriously appears at the vineyard where one of the most sexually charged scenes in this story happens.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this was vampire/paranormal romance, and this one really stands out. Jui Fabrice is a head-strong and independent female in her own right. Wade Kairos is not your usual brooding vampire, he's an intelligent engineer who has no problem in attracting the females. Wade doesn't want any female, he wants Jui, but there will be dire consequences to Jui finding out that Wade is a vampire.
Once he has her will Wade push Jui away or will he give up his secret? Want to find out? Then I recommend you read this evocative book! Stay tuned for the surprise ending, my mouth dropped open wide when I read it!
