FLASH INTERVIEW & GIVEAWAY WITH AUTHOR ~ MARIN THOMAS~

As I have had fabulous author, Marin Thomas on the blog before, I though it would be very cool to do a quickie interview with her and ask her some fun questions... So here goes----- >>>>

1. Fave food… my father’s tuna noodle casserole

2. Fave drink nonalcoholic = Pepsi/alcoholic = Amaretto Sunrise

3. Guilty pleasure Lay’s Potato Chips—will eat a whole bag in one sitting if allowed

4. Book Boyfriend?  Jamie Fraser in Voyager by Diana Gabaldon and my TV boyfriend is Anson Mount from Hell on Wheels (Just thought I’d sneak that in there)

5. Craziest thing you've ever done… I ignored the warning signs on a Maui beach that said High Surf and went into the water anyway.  I came out clutching my bathing suit top and without my wedding rings.  Stupid…stupid…stupid.

Kimberly: FYI... I think Marin and I were separated at birth. I LOVE Tuna noodle casserole and asked Marin for that recipe. Amaretto is definitely my favorite alcoholic fare and yummy for those Lay's Potato chips, as long as I can have some onion dip with it!

Thanks for stopping by for some fun facts about Marin Thomas and don't forget to visit her Facebook pages and pick up one of her awesome cowboy reads today!

  1. I haven't had tuna noodle casserole in many many years. Reminds me of my early marriage years when my hubby was getting his Ph.D. My favorite comfort food is homemade chicken noodle soup.

I meant to take my cowboy with me on my Florida vacation but forgot him. I'll try to remember to take him to the beach with me this summer.

    1. Margie, thanks for dropping by Kim's blog! I love homemade chicken noodle soup too...my mother would make that during the winter months and bake homemade bread to go with it--the house smelled amazing. Enjoy the beach this summer with your cowboy :-)

    1. Denise, I made my first tater tot casserole a few months ago and it turned out pretty good. Anything with cheese in it hits the spot with this Dairyland born and raised girl :-)

  8. I used to make a tuna casserole, but it wasn't tuna noodle. Recipe came from a Dinner for Two cookbook (Betty Crocker, I think) I received as a wedding gift - and it uses potato chips both IN and on top of the dish. My family loved it -- and it was a great way to use stale potato chips (not Pringles, tho).
Just purchased HER SECRET COWBOY -- would love to have the earlier ones of the series.
